• Perform advanced troubleshooting for MW transmission networks and links.

• Submit and present monthly PODs including BSD order scopes and link status.

• Analyze MW link performance, especially after environmental events such as heavy rains.

• Monitor and resolve link utilization and capacity bottlenecks.

• Verify link performance through CST (Customer Satisfaction Testing).

• Manage NTTs, customer complaints, MDTs, and port assignments in the Remedy system.

• Coordinate with Field Operations for complaint tracing and on-ground issue resolution.

• Conduct periodic MW node and link health checks (including RSL – Receive Signal Level).

• Generate comprehensive performance and parameter compliance reports.

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Microwave Network Management Product
