Responsibilities
• Provide advanced support and analysis for all VAS platforms and services.
• Deliver monthly PODs summarizing service quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot service disruptions and VAS-specific faults with thorough root cause analysis.
• Monitor VAS license usage and optimize capacity as needed.
• Manage MDTs and tasks within the Remedy system related to VAS services.
• Conduct VAS Node and Parameter Health Checks, ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Collaborate with the customer to resolve ongoing performance issues and share improvements.

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in Core & VAS operations Product
