• Manage and troubleshoot CS Core network elements including call processing and routing.

• Provide monthly PODs with KPI trends and service performance summaries.

• Perform in-depth fault analysis and manage escalated CS Core network incidents.

• Monitor license usage and ensure compliance with design thresholds.

•Submit MDTs for system performance improvement and incident tracking.

• Conduct routine health checks on CS Core Nodes and key parameters.

• Provide detailed customer-facing reports per Salam’s operational requirements.
