• Monitor and maintain the PS Core network for data and internet services.

• Troubleshoot packet core issues and perform performance optimization.

• Share monthly PODs covering network throughput, latency, and subscriber QoE.

• Oversee PS Core license utilization and support expansion planning.

• Manage Remedy tickets for fault resolution and submit MDTs as needed.

• Conduct regular node and parameter health checks.

• Generate compliance and service-level reports for Salam management.
