Responsibilities
• Perform expert-level troubleshooting and operational support for OLT (Optical Line Terminal) platforms.
• Share monthly PODs covering performance, fault trends, and license utilization.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of OLT-related issues including service degradation and link failures.
• Lead root cause investigations and provide preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
• Collaborate with field teams and escalate incidents based on severity.
• Ensure timely resolution of NTTs and MDTs using the Remedy system.
• Monitor OLT Node health status and ensure all system parameters align with defined thresholds.
• Attend daily meetings with internal teams and clients to review performance and suggest network improvements.
• Prepare regular status and compliance reports as required by Salam and related stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in OLT Network Management and BO roles Product
