• Manage and troubleshoot complex IP/MPLS network issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Submit monthly PODs with analysis of traffic patterns, fault incidents, and KPI benchmarks.

• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and work on network optimization plans.

• Monitor license usage and help plan for expansions based on network growth.

• Address and resolve NTTs, MDTs, and configuration-related tasks in the Remedy platform.

• Perform periodic Health Checks for IP/MPLS Nodes and ensure parameter consistency across the network.

• Actively engage in customer meetings to review incidents and share recommendations for network evolution.

• Ensure all changes and network activities are tracked, validated, and closed as per change management protocols.

• Provide periodic operational and technical reports as per Salam's standard practices.
