Department: Communications & Stakeholder Relations
1. Position Overview
The Communication Associate at Probashi will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing all forms of internal and external communication with key stakeholders. This role ensures clear, consistent, professional, and strategic communication across employers, agencies, government bodies, partners, workers, media, and internal teams.
The position plays a critical role in protecting Probashi’s brand reputation, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational alignment through effective communication management.
Responsibilities
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Stakeholder Communication Management
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between Probashi and:
- Overseas employers
- Local and international recruitment agencies
- Government ministries and regulatory authorities
- Strategic partners and corporate clients
- Workers and candidate groups
- Draft and manage official correspondence including:
- Emails
- Letters
- Proposals
- Project updates
- MoUs and agreements
- Meeting minutes and summaries
- Ensure timely response to stakeholder queries and follow-ups.
- Maintain communication logs and escalation tracking systems.
B. Corporate & Strategic Communication
- Develop professional communication materials including:
- Project briefs
- Concept notes
- Executive summaries
- Reports
- Presentations
- Support branding initiatives such as:
- Bangladesh Fest
- Global Branding initiatives
- International stakeholder engagements
- Coordinate communication for international delegations and employer visits.
C. Internal Communication Coordination
- Facilitate communication flow between departments (Operations, Recruitment, Finance, Legal).
- Ensure alignment between stakeholder commitments and internal execution.
- Prepare internal circulars and updates.
- Track pending actions arising from meetings and correspondence.
D. Crisis & Sensitive Communication Handling
- Draft responses for payment disputes, visa delays, contract clarifications, and compliance matters.
- Support senior management in preparing diplomatic and solution-oriented communications.
- Ensure communication tone reflects professionalism, neutrality, and business maturity.
E. Content & Media Support
- Support development of:
- Social media communication (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube scripts)
- Public announcements
- Press releases
- Event communication materials
- Ensure messaging consistency with Probashi’s mission and vision.
F. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain organized digital records of:
- Contracts
- Official correspondence
- Visa-related communication
- Payment follow-ups
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and response timelines.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation compliance.
Requirements
3. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Communications
- International Relations
- Business Administration
- English
- Public Relations
- Or relevant discipline
- 2–5 years experience in corporate communication, recruitment communication, or stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong professional drafting capability (formal business writing required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
4. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in overseas recruitment, manpower export, or migration sector.
- Exposure to GCC, Europe, Japan, or USA recruitment processes.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with government stakeholders.
