Overview
ROLE OVERVIEW
Drives Probashi's institutional outreach strategy by building and sustaining partnerships with universities, technical institutes, and vocational training centers. This role directly feeds the candidate pipeline with qualified, aspirational young talent aligned with international employer demand.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and approach universities, polytechnics, and training institutes for partnership opportunities
• Negotiate and execute MOUs, co-branding agreements, and training collaboration frameworks
• Plan and execute campus activation events, career fairs, and roadshows
• Coordinate with internal teams to match institutional talent with active job mandates
• Build a database of institutional contacts, event calendars, and partnership pipelines
• Track and report monthly on partnership performance, lead generation, and conversions
• Work with the marketing team to co-produce institutional outreach materials
Requirements
RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
Education & Background
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Education; MBA preferred
• 5+ years in institutional sales, partnerships, or business development
• Existing network within Bangladesh's university or training sector is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and deliver compelling institutional partnership pitches
• Strong event planning and project coordination capabilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build from the ground up
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive field engagement
• Credible communicator who can represent Probashi at senior institutional levels
